We could do with some help in setting up for the event and clearing up on Sunday morning.  We shall be hard at it from 9 am on Saturday for about 2 hours and again on Sunday morning from 8.30 am for around an hour.  PLEASE join us if you can.

Our nagging re Annual Subscriptions is paying off!  They are pouring in and our thanks to all who have renewed so far and special thanks to those who generously included a donation.  It is such generosity that helps pay the overheads of running your Club. For those still thinking about it – hurry please.

If this newsletter hits you in time remember that the Film Show on Thursday (17th) is to be  Forest Gump a master piece of acting by Tom Hanks.   Maybe seen before but better for watching again and again!  Starts at 7.30 pm with the bar open from 7 pm.  Come in from the cold and get the best value entertainment for miles around.

Next Nostalgia Day is Friday 8th February starting at 2 pm thru to 5pm. Great displays to ponder over and talk about.  Bring anything from by-gone days to be copied/scanned and stored in the village archives.   More about this soon.

Watch also for the Rugby 6 Nations Screening at your Club.  We are told the picture will be better than ever this year! Come on England!   (and Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France and Italy)

Treasure Chest is back on Friday evenings.  £89 with 11 keys at present.  Certainly worth winning but you have to take part to do so.
