All is ready for our St. George's Dinner on Saturday.   Full house but you can always call Lindsey to see if there are any last minute returns.   Great menu and great entertainment in store.  Get there in plenty of time to buy your drinks and find your place, then sit back and have fun!!   Dress in something patriotic if you can and be ready to join in with flag waving, songs and dancing!

May Day on Wednesday – but sadly it has not been possible to arrange for the Morris dancers to 'Dance in the Summer' with our schoolchildren this year.  Due to a change in School timetable and commitments for the Morris elsewhere.  Two bits of good news though – first the Schoolchildren may dance around their may pole on the Green or at the school on Wednesday.(watch for details) - second they will dance with the Morris on the Green at the School Fete (which is part of the Horsmonden Summer Festival) on Saturday 8th June.

Advance notice.   We will be showing the FA Cup Final on our BIG screen on Saturday 18th May.   That is also the day of the HoVEC Roving Supper based at our club.  Still tickets available for this – see the Notice Board for details or look at our website.

As usual on a Friday we will be running the TREASURE CHEST and it is getting VERY exciting!   £245 available and now only 6 keys to choose from.  Surely it must go soon but you can only win if you attend!  Draw takes place at around 9.15pm.

At least 2 of our members will be welcoming the Summer dancing with the Weald of Kent Morris on Wednesday morning at sunrise!  If you are feeling up to it join in this traditional 'English' event.  Sun Rise is at 5.30am !!    Wrap up warm and try a slice of fertility cake!
