Inside opening from 21 May

Members and guests will be able to enjoy a drink, socially-distanced, inside and outside the Club from Saturday 21 May. Subject to us having enough volunteers we will be open at the following times:

  • Friday and Saturday evenings 1900 - 2300 (last orders 2230)
  • Sunday lunch time 1200 - 1430 (last orders 1400)

We are now able to accept booking requests for member parties/ private events but these will only be able to take place when restrictions are fully lifted (hopefully from 21 June). Unfortunately, due to continued restrictions on household mixing we are not able to open our snooker room or allow any sporting activities (table tennis, darts etc) to take place in the Club at this time.

Members and guests wishing to visit the Club from will need to comply with our Covid-Secure Guidance (updated May 2021).

Groups/ organisations wishing to use the Club

Regardless of previous booking arrangements the Committee are asking all groups who would like to return to using the Club to complete a new booking form to ensure that we have up to date details for all our users and that your familiar with our terms and conditions. This includes informal groups as well as constituted organisations.

Any group wishing to return to the Club before COVID restrictions are fully lifted will also need to complete a COIVD-Secure risk assessment.

Booking forms and, prior to Government restrictions being fully lifted, a COVID-Secure risk assessment, should be submitted to the Club secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) after which the Committee will consider whether to accept the booking request. While restrictions remain in place enhanced cleaning of the Club is required and the Committee will either need to be made aware of how groups will pay for this (the is an existing cleaner who can provide additional hours) or enure the Club is thoroughly cleaned by the group/ organisation and returned to it's COVID-Secure layout should furniture need to be moved etc.

Members with concerns of question regarding these changes can contact the Club Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
