Horsmonden Social Club will reopen its bar to members only from Friday 24 July. Membership card checks will take place on entry alongside collection of member details for NHS Test and Trace.

If you or a member of your household (including your support bubble) feel unwell, you should not visit the Club.

Opening hours have been revised and, subject to volunteer availability, the bar will be open on Friday and Saturday 1900 - 2300 and Sunday 1200 - 1400. Members do not need to book in advance.

The Committee have carried out an extensive risk assessment to ensure the Club is able to meet current 'COVID-Safe' guidelines. This means the Club will reopening and restarting activities on a phased basis. All events, meetings, private parties etc continue to be cancelled or postponed and we are not currently in a position to take booking requests. There will be no access to snooker or table tennis facilities. This position will be reviewed by the Committee in early September.

When visiting the Club members are asked to follow our COVID-19 secure member guidance.

This includes changes to entry and exit of the Club at busy times, requests members sanitise their hands on entry, reframe from standing/ sitting at the bar unless placing or collecting orders and other information to keep you and our volunteers safe.

NHS Test and Trace

On arrival at the Club you will be required to provide your contact details for NHS Test and Trace. This data will be held securely for 21 days following your visit and in accordance with Department of Health and Social Care Privacy Notice.

Your Club Committee is keeping this guidance under regular review and will update members of changes, including news of other activities restarting here, via the Club noticeboard, newsletter and Facebook page.
